【Abstract】China’s vehicle power batteries are poised to enter a significant phase of decommissioning.The industry's demandforstandardizeddevelopmentintherecyclingandreuseofvehiclebateriesisgraduallyincreasing，and thishas alsoled tonewdemandsforstandardizationwork.China hasalready establishedandiscontinuouslyrefiningitsstandard systemfortherecycling andutilizationof vehiclepower battries.Basedon thecurentandongoing national standard releasesituations，therequirementsandfunctionsof national standardsinvariouslinks，combinedwiththecurrent developmentstatusandissuesoftheindustry，thispaperdiscussesthedemandfortheconstructionofastandardsystemfor therecyclingandutilizationofvehiclepowerbatteries，andproposessuggestionsforimprovementintermsofthewholelife cycle，the use of complex scenarios，and green and low-carbon development.

随着能源及环境问题日益严峻和“双碳”目标的提出，我国新能源汽车产业逐渐走向世界前列，截至2025年6月底，全国新能源汽车保有量达3689万辆，带动我国动力电池的产量和装车量持续攀升，2025年上半年动力电池累计装车量为 299.6GWh ，同比增长47.3% 。（剩余7152字）
