Long-term Mechanism of Ecosystem-based Poverty Alleviation in Hebei Province

Abstract：In the post era of poverty allviation，consolidating the achievements of poverty allviation， preventing large-scale faling back to poverty，and promoting organic connection with the rural revitalization strategy are the key issues that urgently need to be addressed.The long-term implementation of ecosystem-based poverty reduction has played an important role in consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and preventing large-scale falling back to poverty in poverty-stricken mountainous areas with abundant forest resources in Hebei Province.This paper conducts the investigations in Fuping County， Zanhuang County， Shexian County，and Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County to analyze the four models of ecosystem-based poverty alleviation in Hebei Province and the achievements made so far. In response to the existing problems in terms of ecological industry，ecological programs，ecological jobs and application of ecological science and technology，a strategy is proposed to establish a long-term mechanism for ecosystem-based poverty alleviation from multiple dimensionsof financial support， industrial support， talent cultivation，and scientific and technological support.
