数字技术赋能农业高质量发展：现实困境与破解之策

摘  要：数字技术在农业农村中的应用为农业高质量发展注入新的动力。该文通过深入剖析数字技术在江苏省戴庄村由贫困村翻身变模范村历程中的赋能作用，进一步探索数字技术推动农业高质量发展的作用机理，并提出新一代数字技术赋能农业高质量发展的政策支持策略。

Abstract： The application of digital technology in agriculture and rural areas has injected new impetus into the high-quality development of agriculture. By in-depth analysis of the enabling role of digital technology in the transformation of Daizhuang Village from a poor village to a model village in Jiangsu Province， this paper further explores the mechanism of digital technology in promoting high-quality agricultural development， and proposes policy support strategies for a new generation of digital technology to empower high-quality agricultural development.
