乡村振兴视角下农村基层党建工作研究

——以岑巩县大有镇塔山村党建工作为例

摘  要：乡村振兴离不开中国共产党的坚强领导。农村基层党建工作是推进乡村振兴事业的有力支撑，是党全面领导农村工作的重要保障。要解决农村基层党组织软弱涣散、人才匮乏、党员管理水平落后等问题，就是要不断提升基层党组织领导力，强化党建人才培养，创新基层党员管理，从而实现党建引领乡村振兴见实效。

Abstract： The work of grass-roots party building in rural areas is a strong support for promoting the cause of rural revitalization and an important guarantee for the Party to lead the rural work in an all-round way. To solve the problems of weakness and laxity of rural grass-roots party organizations， lack of talents， and backward management of party members， it is necessary to constantly improve the leadership of grass-roots party organizations， strengthen the training of party building talents， and innovate the management of grass-roots party members. in order to achieve party building to lead the revitalization of rural areas to see the actual effect.
