红色文化与农业高校乡风文明建设人才培养机制的价值契合探究

摘  要：文章认为红色文化与农业高校乡风文明建设人才培养机制关系密切，红色文化为农业高校乡风文明建设人才培养机制提供精神引领，而农业高校乡风文明建设人才培养机制为红色文化嵌入提供制度平台。

Abstract： This paper thinks that the red culture is the close cultural node of the talent training mechanism of rural style civilization construction in agricultural universities， and the red culture provides spiritual guidance for the talent training mechanism of rural style civilization construction in agricultural universities. The talent training mechanism of rural style civilization construction in agricultural universities provides an institutional platform for the embedding of red culture.
