遵义地区本地优质花椒种质资源调查

摘  要：文章对遵义地区主要栽培的花椒品种进行调查，通过对它们的生物学性状、抗逆性、果实产量及感官品质等进行调查研究，筛选出适宜本地区种植的优质花椒品种，为本地区花椒的种质资源的收集、研究和利用奠定基础，同时为本地区花椒产业的发展选育和利用优良品种提供理论依据。

Abstract： In this paper， the characteristics of the main zanthoxylum cultivars cultivated in Zunyi area were investigated. Through the investigation and research on their biological characters， stress resistance， fruit yield and sensory quality， the high-quality zanthoxylum cultivars suitable for planting in this area were screened out， which laid a foundation for the collection， research and utilization of zanthoxylum germplasm resources in this area. At the same time， it provides theoretical basis for the development and breeding and utilization of fine varieties of prickly ash industry in this region.

花椒是一种集食用、药用、香料及化工等为一体的特色经济树种，因其特殊的香味和麻味使其在食品行业里方兴未艾，又因其具有耐旱、耐贫瘠、浅根系的特性，被用于贵州的石漠化治理[1-2]。（剩余3272字）
