乡村振兴战略背景下开展乡村旅游从业人员的培训探究

摘  要：乡村旅游在助力乡村振兴发展中发挥着关键作用。目前，许多地区虽然积极开展关于乡村旅游方面的培训，但存在培训体系不健全、小农意识严重、人员参与度低等问题，想要建立健康、可持续发展的乡村旅游，就须对乡村旅游的培训工作加强和改进。

Abstract： Rural tourism plays a key role in promoting rural revitalization and development. At present， although many areas have actively carried out training on rural tourism， there are some problems， such as imperfect training system， serious awareness of small farmers， low personnel participation and so on. In order to establish a healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism， it is necessary to strengthen and improve the training of rural tourism.
