ABrief Discussion on Implementation and Management of High-Standard Dry Farming Terrace Construction Project in Hilly and Mountainous Areas in Pengyang County

AbstractDue to thepracticalconstraints of geographical environment，Pengyang County，according to local conditions，vigorously develop theconstruction of high-standard dryland terrce，through scientificplanning， standardized management，concentratedcontiguous development，scale development，unified standards，assessment and promotion，cultivating industryand mobilizing the mases andother methods，and has achieved certain results. Some problems existing intheconstructionof high-standarddryfarming terrcein Pengyang County，andtherelevant measures taken in the process of project construction and management are introduced.
