A Study on Application of Cross-Border Cooperation in Sales Optimization Strategy of Dairy Enterprises - Taking A Dairy Company in Ningxia as an Example

Abstract The theoretical basis and mechanism of cross-border cooperation were expounded. The current situationofcross-border cooperation ofNingxia A Dairy Companyandthe challenges faced bythe sales business of the dairy industry wereanalyzed.Aiming at problems such assmall product diferentiationand inability to meet the changes in consumer demands,coresponding optimization strategies are proposed in terms ofachieving product diferentiation throughcross-bordercooperation,integrating saleschannels throughresource sharing,and enhancing theabilityof salesoperationandmanagement,inorder to improve thecompetitiveness, profitability and sustainability of enterprises.
