Effects of Drought Stress on Growth, Development and Reproduction of Therioaphis trifolii

AbstractInorder to clarifytheadaptabilityof Therioaphis trifoliitodroughtstressandexplore thecorrelation ofTherioaphis trifolii and its host with drought stress,the effects of drought stress on growth,reproduction and population growthof Therioaphis trifolii werestudiedbyusing weighingmethod,andthe morphological indexof alfalfaseedlingsunderdiferent drought stress treatmentsweremeasured.Theresultsshowed thatthe reproduction of Therioaphis trifoliicouldbe maintainand even promotedunder moderate drought stress,and theaphidyield was5.6O.Under milddrought stress,thepopulationof Therioaphis trifoliicould be maintained and promoted,and the net reproductive rate was9.42.With the increaseof drought stressdays,the population numberof Therioaphistrifoliiincreased firstand thendecreased.Theleaf length,leaf width,leaf areaandroot lengthof alfalfa increased first and then decreased with the increase ofdrought stressThe GAMcurve showed thatwith theincreaseof drought stress,theyieldofTherioaphistrifoliishowedanonlinear trend,and ithad relatively strong adaptabilitytomildand moderate drought stress.With the increase of droughtstress,alfalfa leaf length,leaf width,plantheight,rot lengthandabovegroundbiomassdecreased significantly.Theanalysis showsthatdrought stress isnot conducive to the growth of alfalfa,but moderate drought canpromote the growth,reproductionandpopulationgrowthofaTherioaphistrifolii.Thisstudylaida foundation forthefuture studyof the interaction betweenalfalfa,Therioaphis trifolii andenvironmental factorsunder drought stres,and provided an important basis for forecasting and effective prevention and control of Therioaphis trifolii. 紫花苜蓿(Medicagosativa)是豆科多年生牧草,因其固氮能力强,蛋白质含量高,营养物质丰富,适口性好,被誉为“牧草之王”,是我国栽培面积最大的饲草作物之一[1-2]。(剩余7066字)
