【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate risk factors affecting prognosis patients with hypertensive heart disease （HHD）and predictive value cardiac Doppler ultrasound-related parameters.MethodsA total 115 HHD patients admitted toour hospitalfrom December 2021 to December 2023 were included in studyaccording to retrospective analysis，allpatients’clinicaldata werecollcted，ir clinical characteristics wereobserved，and y were divided into a good prognosis group anda poor prognosis group according to patients’prognosis after 2 years follow-up，and clinical data and disease-related characteristics two groups werecompared，and he Logisticregression was selected to analyze items with diferences，and independent factors affecting patients’poorprognosis were derived.Logisticregresson waschosen toanalyze items withdiferences，and independent factors afecting patients’poor prognosis were derived.ResultsOne hundredand fifteen HHD patients were included in this study， whom 35 cases （30.4%） had a poor prognosis and 80 cases （69.6% ）had a good prognosis; re were significant differences （ P <0.05）between poor prognosis group in cardiac function class， leftventricularoutflow tractvelocity-timeintegral （LVOT-VTI），leftventricularend-diastolicdiameter（LVEDD），left ventricular end-systolic diameter （LVESD），and good prognosis group. There was a significant diference （ P <0.05）， analyzed byLogisticregression equations，it was foundthatall above indexes were influencing factors patients' poor prognosis，and AUC values ranged between 0.625～O.797， with a high degree spiritualityand specificity，and value predicting patients’poor prognosis was high.ConclusionThere are many risk factors affecting prognosis HHD patients，among which predictive value cardiac Doppler ultrasound-related parameters is higher，and clinic needs to carry out screening and develop efective interventions as earlyas possible.
