磁共振血管成像技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the application value of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) technology inpatients with intracranialaneurysms.MethodsAtotalof96suspected intracranialaneurysmpatientswho visited ourhospitalfromJanuary 202 to March2O24 were included in the study.Allpatientsunderwent MRAandrotational contrast-enhanced three-dimensional reconstruction(3DR-DSA)examinations.Using surgical results as the "gold standard",analyze the results of MRAand 3DR-DSA examinations,compare the condition of the aneurysm under the two examination methods,analyze the diagnostic valueof MRAand 3DR-DSA in intracranial aneurysm,and calculate consistency.IANResultsThere wasnostatistically significant diffrence between MRA and 3DR-DSAin the detectionrate of intracranial aneurysm types (>O.O5).The longitudinal diameterand neck width ofthe tumordetected by MRA wereboth smaller thanthosedetectedbyDR-DSA examination,with statistical diferences (PO.O5).There was no statisticallysignificantdiference inthediagnostic specificity,accuracy,sensitivity,positive and negative pred-ictive values of MRA and 3DR-DSA in intracranial aneurysms( P>0.05 ).The consistency check showed that the diagnostic consistencybetween MRA and 3DR-DSA was good (Kappa=O.739, 0.756,all P<0.001 ).Conclusion BothMRA and 3DRDSA have highclinicalapplicationvalueinthediagnosisof intracranial aneurysms,so thebest diagn-ostic methodcanbe selected based on the patients'condition in clinical application, which is worth promoting and applying.

颅内动脉瘤是较为严重的脑血管疾病,是颅内动脉管壁异常膨出所致,是导致非创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的常见因素,会导致脑血管痉挛、脑梗死、脑出血等严重脑血管疾病[12]。(剩余6237字)
