【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI in clinical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsA total of110 patients (study group)and10O healthysubjects (control subjects)were selected for knee osteoarthritis with MR ultrasound and MRI from May 2019 to May 2O2O.Using arthroscopic results as the "gold standard", the T2 values in different areas of the cartilage were compared between patients with knee osteoarthritis.Correlationbetweenthe Western Ontarioand McMaster Universityosteoarthritisindex(WOMAC),lysholm knee score scale (LKSS) and the whole-organ magnetic resonance scoring system (WORMS) scores and semiquantitative scores of musculoskeletal ultrasound were analyzed.ResultsThe sensitivity,accuracy,specificityand positive predictive value between musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI in diagnosing articular cartilage changes,synovial thickening, jointefusion,popliteal cyst,ligamentinjury,meniscus injuryandtendonrupture werecompared,andthere was no significant difference ( P >0.05). The T2 values of the lateral femur,medial femur, lateral tibia,medial tibia,and patella region were higher than that of the control group ( P- <0.05). WORMS and musculoskeletal ultrasonographic semi-quantitative scores were positively correlated with WOMAC scores ( P <0.05)and negatively correlated with Lysholm scores in patients with knee osteoarthritis.ConclusionBoth musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI can clearly show articularcartilagechanges,synovialthickening,jointeffusion,poplitealcyst,ligamentinjury,menscusinjuryandtendon rupture in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was high.
