【Abstract】 Objective To construct a staging model for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) the lower limbs based on deep learning color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS)images to explore its staging performance.MethodsA retrospectiveanalysis clinical onset informion color Doplerultrasound image informion from 223 pients was conducted,referring to their black-blood magneticresonance thrombus imaging(BTI)images according to he stagingcriteria fordeepvein thrombosis in the lower limbs,toconstructa staging framework forlower limb DVTbased on adeeplearning network. ResultsComparing the performance ResNet50 ViT-B/16 in staging DVT,both models demonstred superior staging performance with no stistical diference between them.On the test set,the area under the curve (AUC) values for ResNet5O ViT-B/16 in the acute,subacute, chronic stages were 0.826,0.812, 0.791,0.802,O.806, O.821,respectively.ConclusionDeep learning models have certain advantages inthe staging diagnosis DVT can provide an efective reliable technical solution forthe precise staging DVT.
