【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the value of CT perfusion imaging （CTP） combined with CT arterial angiography（CTA） in evaluating collateral circulation status inacute ischemic stroke （AIS）.MethodsA total of98 AIS patientsadmitted tothe hospitalfrom March 2O22 toOctober 2O23 were selected bysimplerandom sampling.All patients underwent CTP，CTA，anddigital subtraction angiography （DSA） examination，and DSA results were used as thegoldstandard.Thepatients were divided intothecontrolgroup（goodcollateralcirculation）andtheobservation group（poor collteral circulation）according to whetherthey had poor colateral circulation．The differences in CTP parameters and CTA grade between the two groups were compared，and the correlation between CTP parameters and CTA grade in patients with poor collateral circulation was analyzed.The receiver operator characteristic （ROC） curve was used toevaluatethe predictive valueof theaboveindicators forpoor colateralcirculation.ResultsThecerebral blood flow（CBF）and cerebral blood volume（CBV）of the observation group were lower than thoseof the control group，and the peak time（TTP）and meantransit time（MTT）of the contrast agent were longer than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.The CTA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P- <0.05）.
