Research on the site selection problem of wartime equipment repair force of synthetic troops based on improved ant colony algorithm

Abstract:Thelocationselectionofwartimeequipmentrepairforcesinacombinedforceisacrucialfactorafectingthefciency of equipment repair forces.Reasonableselectionof the locationof equipmentrepair forces is essential forcompleting equipmentrepairtasks.This paper transformsthebatlefield equipmentrepairlocation selection problemofacombined force into aspecific batlefield network location selection problem,and establishes anoptimization modelcomposedofrepair quantity,repair distance,coveragerange,and maximum load.Italso incorporates hard constraintssuch ascoverage rate,antidestructiondeployment,andloadbalancing.Byimproving theantcolonyalgorithm,thenodepheromoneupdate,dynamic weightupdate,and heuristiclocal search operatorareadded toachievethecordinatedoptimizationof multipleobjectives. Experimentalresultsshowthattheproposedimprovedantcolonyalgorithmoptimizationmethodhasbetercomprehensiveperformance,withsignificantimprovementsincoveragerate,repairdistance,andloadbalancing.Itisefectiveandhaspractical value for the battlefield equipment repair location selection problem.
