Research on measurement of decision-making optionality based on capability packages and kill chains

Abstract:Inresponse totheissueof assessing thedecision-making superiorityofaSystemof Systems (SoS),this study focuses oncapabilitypackagesand kill chains,proposing asystemdecision-making optionalityconceptframework andadecision-makingoptionalitymeasuring model.Corespondingcalculationmodelsfortheavailabilityofcapabilitypackagesandthe efectiveessofkillchainswithinthemodelarealsodeveloped.Theresearchfindingsofthispaperareinnovativeinthe measurementof SSsuperiority,especiallydecision-making superiority,andcan beused toassess thecombat potentialof mosaic SoS and combat target analysis.
