摘 要：针对山东省唯一一家上市钢铁公司实施新旧动能转换前后的生产经营及财务状况变化，进行了成本控制、内部管控等方面的分析，进而对钢铁行业未来如何更好实现高质量发展，提升本质化运营，提出了加强相应风险防范的启示和建议。

ANALYSIS OF SHANDONG IRON AND STEEL'S OPERATION SITUATION IN THE CONTEXT OF NEW AND OLD DYNAMIC ENERGY CONVERSION

Abstract：This paper analyse the cost control， internal control and other aspects of the production， operation and financial status changes before and after the implementation of the old and new kinetic energy transformation of the only listed steel company in Shandong Province， then puts forward insights and suggestions on how to better achieve high-quality development and enhance essential operations in the steel industry in the future and strengthen corresponding risk prevention.

2016年以来，伴随国家供给侧结构性改革和全面深化改革的推进，钢铁行业迎来新的发展机遇，通过改造提升传统动能、培育壮大新动能、加快转型和结构优化，推动企业实现高质量发展，因此，分析业内典型企业的经验教训具有极大的借鉴意义。（剩余3152字）
