【Abstract】Cardiovasculardseasesareamongtheleadingcausesofglobalmorbidityandmortaityithitspathogenesiscloselylinked toabnoralmyocardialnergymetabolismandinflammatoyresponsesHyroxycyl-CAdehdrogenasetrifunctioalmultienzeoplex subunit α (HADHA),a key enzyme in fatty acid β -oxidation,plays a critical role in maintaining myocardial energy homeostasis.Recent studieshaverevealedthatHADHAacetyltionmodulatesmyocardialenergymetabolismandinflammatoryresponsesbyregulatingits enzmaticatitdabilitkinittspiadoasleaotablystoacyse3ilentifoati relatedenze3ndgneralontrolonderepresible-likeproteininfuencefattyacidoidationandinflammatoryresposesby modultingtheacetylationstatusofHADHA.Therefore,targeting HADHAacetylationmayemergeasanoveltherapeuticstrategyfor cardiovasculardiseases.ThisreviewsummarizesthelatestreseachprogressandelucidatesthemechanismsbyhichHADHAacetylation contributes to cardiovascular diseases.
