Effects of biochar/persulfate on changes of carbon and nitrogen components in biogas slurry

Abstract:Inodertoivesgatetefectofocharpersulfateonmineralizatiooforganicaterindiferetmleuarwehtagead sedgerminationindexinbiogassluy,iochar/persulfateoxidationtestserecarrdout.Theresultsshowedtatcompadwiththe original biogas slurry treatment, the addition of 1.8g⋅L-1 potassium persulfate and 2.0 g⋅L-1 biochar could maintain the total nitrogen concentration of biogas slurry and significantly increase the dissolved organic nitrogen concentration by 82.20%(187.43mg⋅L-1) . The content of particulate organic matter 35.77mg⋅L-1. )was decreased by 59.11% ,and the germination index was increased by 46.17% Importanceanalysisshowedthatoxidatontieanddisoledorganicmattwithmolecularweightlessthan1OkDawere themainfactors affecting bioavailabilityofbiogassluyandtheirrelativeimportance wasO.29andO.18,respectively.Theresultsshowedthat 1.8g⋅L-1 potassium persulfate and 2.0g⋅L-1 biochar could efficiently mineralize refractory organic mater,improve seed germination index,and reduce stable time ofbiogas slury,which could provide theoretical basis for the safe utilization ofbiogas slurry.
