Abstract：Withtheplementatiooftualvitalationstrategyforestferndicftsillgadallngeidral areasandatracigidtiosrticleooktlaelldstrynXiagHuntseahectto NetworkTeorydtedsedtodctedeachoghuredteesrtiiatoiod literaturerevieReseachfindingssowedthat：Terevivalofruralforestfrmrs'andicraftsillswasaprocesofmultipleactors formingadyamicetorkeevialoftheoil-tacameliaidustryinXiang，Hnanasmonstratedbtecolboratiotween humanandnon-manactors，hojointlybiltastableinteractionnetworkandebiteddynamicchangesuetothediferenesinthe actorsndthewaysofaction.（2）ActorsachievedtherevivalofforestryfrmershandicraftskilsthroughtranslatonThemanifestation ofactors'initiatieastedinprocsoftasaonogtougheesagesofobprestatiobefitpot conscripitonandmobilization".Eachactorfullleveragedtheirownadvantages，utilizdvariousresoucesandachievedthevialof ruralforestfrmersndcaftsillsthroughefectiecollctiactios.Tein-epthexplorationofculuraladeologicallues hadfurtherehancedthecomprehensivebenefitsofruralforestfarmers'handicraftskils.Thevaluesuperpositionof"skils-culture ecology"hadpromotedthesstainableevelopmentoftheindustryprovidingatree-dimensionaldevelopmentpathof"cultural empowerment-ecologicalenhancement-economicgrowth"forthelong-temdevelopmentofruralforestfarmers'handicraftskils.The articleexpandedtheapplicationofctor-etworkTeoryinthestudyofforestfrmers'handicraftskillanddeepenedtheunderstanding ofthedevelopmentlawsofruralindustres.Basedontheesearhfindings，thisarticleproposedthefollwingpolicymplicatios：establishingacollaborativemechanismamongmultipleactors tostrengthntheefectivenessofnetwork goverance，epeningthe translatiostratgtiuatetectieparticipatiofultiplbetsomotigtepepositiooflturaldologalau to achieve sustainable development of industries.
