新林改对农户消费的影响

Abstract：Theconsumptionmeaningofforestlandtenurehasneverbenpaidatentiontobyacademics.Usingthebalancedpanelata of862samplefarhouseholdsin9provinces，18countiesandcitiesinChinaobtainedfrom6trackingsurveysconductedfrom203 to2019，thispaadigtof"n-fploynt"ouhtbutyieoreureefodse theimpactofollctieforestteurereforonteonsumptiooffousholds.Tesultssowdat：Overalltecolctie foresttenurerefoadpositiveietiectototalosuptiooffouseodswitgressocoientofer takingtheonsumptionstructureintoaccount，collctiveforesttenurerefostlladapositiveeffectonthsubsisteneostio andcashconsumptionoffouseholds，withegesiocoeicentsof9nd.O72respectively.（2）Mchanismaalsis indicatedthatrallliforsturefopromoedomploetidigflbdo， whichincreasedthetotalconsumptionoffarhouseholds.Howeer，wheexaminingconsumptiontructure，thismediatingectonly existednthecashonsumptiondidotholdfortheubsstenceconsumption）Heterogeneityalysisevealedtatepact ofcolectiveforesttenurereformontheconsumptionoffarmhouseholdshadobviouscircumstancedependenceinregionswithheterogeneouslevelsofeconomicdevelopment.Comparedtoeastenregions，theconsumptionimprovementefectofcollctiveforest tenureeformwasmoreobviousinthecentralandwestenrgions.Basedonempiricalfindings，thearticleproposedpolicyimplicatios： refineinterestcordinationmechanisminteprocessofforestlandrightsonfirmationandexplorchanelstohancfoseolds perceptionofpropertyightscurityimproemechansmfrurallaborigationtourbanmploymentadeasoablygidethetrafer ofemploymentforfrouseoldsftercollctieforsteureefo，intainlong-testabilityincolltieforestladotractig relationship and strengthen income expectations for farm households' non-farm employment.
