Abstract：Foodsecurityisthecornerstoneofationaltabilityanddevelopment.DespiteChina'sfoodcropsproductionhavinggrown continuouslyforears，ithsurpassing7illontosfortefistiein024，testateof"tightbalae"betwnproductiod consumptionhsnotchanged.ThepotentialforincreasingthyieldoftraditionalfoodcropsinChinaisverylmited，whilethatfor increasingwoodyfodropsissubstantial.Basednexistingresearch，tispaperemploedthemethodsofiteraturereview，coarative analysisandteoeicalalysisttematicallotouttelatedmatealsofforstfodankemostratdtesetailaity betweenwoodyfoodcopsandrbaceousfoodrosndmmaredteainssesinforestfoodbankconstructionTesuowed that：（1）Amongvarious"forestfoods"oodygrainadoilbestfithetatutoryefinitionoffoodcropsandsouldbetheetralfocus offorestfoodbankconstruction.（2）heprinciplesofarxistpoliticalconomyXiipigthoughtocologicalcivilzationd thestakeholdertheoryinmanagementprovidedlogicsupportforforestfoodbankconstruction.（3）China'smajorwoodyfoodcrops hadformedarelativelyompleteindustrialsystem，overingapproximately33.47ilionectareswithnaualproductioofabout 25.816millontos（4）Keysusestfoodbakcostrucoicdedteovegeeralzatioftefoodcosoncttiic researchandoetitlydodctioostiaddlud isuficititedepartmetalolbrationeioationsoftisarlinfistlonstructingtoneptalframerkforfoest foodbank，expoudgthricalsisforrstfoodksctiodpropoigpoachtostrctft centeredonwoodygaindoilItefuture，itissetialtotrengtesearhoitegratigoodyfoodcosithbacoufo crops，enhancethedevelopmentand promotionofwoodyfoodcropssubstituteproducts，andoptimizethedivisionoflaborand collaboration among agricultural， forestry and other departments.
