Abstract：Asthcorecarrerofmarketorientedallationofforestryfactors，theforestrelatedtransactionsystmisofstrategic significanceforpromotingtheighqualityevelopmentofforestryeconomyAthoughChinahasinitiallstablshedaforestrelated transactiont，ittillceedturaltraioiosialieaie efficiencyTakingGangxiZangutooousRegionaioalfrestryopiotea，typialase，tisapetiely constructedathre-dimensional frameworkof"environment-platform-product"todeplyrevealthedynamiccouplingmechanismamong thevariouselementsoftheforest-relatedransactionsystem.Theresultsshowedthat：Thehealthydevelopmentofthforestrelated transactionsystemwasessentialltheresultofthedynamicbaanceamongtheenvironment，themarketandtheplatfo.（2）Guangxi's forest-relatedtransactionsystemfaceddilemmassuchsthelackoftransactionstandards，malfunctioningpricingmechanismndnsuficientplatfointeroprabilitintheprocssofharactersticevelopent.（3）Itwasurgentosysematicllpromotfromfour aspects：top-levelinsitutioaliovatiomproemntofaketeasmupgadingofigitalplatfondtregthigofuli stakeholderoecBptigtatelicigngataeropabilitatooig andenhancingsstemicsafeguards，developentbotleeckscouldbeovercome.Therticleinovativelyonstructedate-dsioal frameworkof"environment-platform-product"，evealedtheouplingmechanismofintealelementsofthforestrelatedtranaction system，andproiddtoeicalprpeetefutrefurthefortsouldaetoomoteogioalisitioal coordinationnddeperintegatioofdgitalhnologies，terebydvancingteforestelatedtransactionstemtoaigrleveld offering areplicable practical model for the market-oriented reform of forestry elements nationwide.
