Comparative Study on Properties of Four Kinds of Prelubricating Oil Based on Bulging Test

Abstract:In order to compare thelubrication propertiesof the four pre-lubricants,thispaper studies the influenceoffrictioncoeficientonthe material thinningrateinthe bulging process bynumerical simulation.The results show thatunder the same otherconditions,thesmallerthe friction coeficientis,the smallerthe sheet thinning rateis,thatistosaythebetterthelubricationefectisinthebulgingtest,thesmallertheforminglimitheightof the sheet.Based on thenumerical simulation results,four kinds of pre-lubricants are used tocarryout bulging test to compare the lubricationproperties.Theresults show that lubricating oilA has the best lubrication properties,followed bylubricatingoilDandB,andlubricating oilChasthe worst lubricationproperties.Inadition,itis found that lubricating efectoflubricatingoilBweakens with theincreaseofcoatingamount,whereas thatoflubricatingoil Cand D increases first and then decreases with the increase of coating amount.
