Research on Carbon Emission Reduction Contribution of Intelligent Connected Automobile Manufacturing Factories

Abstract:Inorder to study thecontributionof intellgent connected automobile manufacturing factories to carbon emissionreduction,this paper investigates energyconsumptionof conventionalautomobile manufacturing factoriesand intelligentconnectedautomobilemanufacturing factories in termsofconstruction,process,operationand management, and production process,calculated energy consumption and carbon emission indexes of the conventional factories and theintellgentconnectedfactoriesandanalyzesenergyconsumptionand carbonemission.Thestudy finds that the constructionandoperationof the inteligentconnectedautomobile manufacturingfactories canachieve effctivecontrol of total energy consumption and intensityand total carbon emissionand intensity,reduceenergyconsumptionand substantially reduce carbon emissions.
