基于红外热成像摄像机的秸秆焚烧监测系统开发应用研究

摘要:以预防秸秆焚烧为出发点,采用热成像双光谱云台摄像机,通过智能图像识别技术、地理信息技术、移动互联网技术、热成像等高新技术,建立秸秆焚烧监测火情处置系统,能够对秸秆焚烧进行实时监控、高效监管、快速处置,提高秸秆焚烧治理工作成效,保护生态环境,促进人与自然和谐共处。

Abstract: In order to prevent straw burning, a straw burning monitoring fire disposal system is established by using thermal imaging dual spectrum PTZ camera, intelligent image recognition technology, geographic information technology, mobile Internet technology, thermal imaging and other high-tech technologies, which can conduct real-time monitoring, efficient supervision and rapid disposal of straw burning, improve the effectiveness of straw burning management, protect the ecological environment, and promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

我国有非常丰富的秸秆资源,经常出现大面积焚烧秸秆的现象,不仅造成资源浪费,而且会毁坏树木和耕地,污染空气,甚至引发森林火灾等重大安全生产事故[1]。(剩余4365字)
