基于PMP理念的通信行业全流程交付工作管理实践

摘要：文章以业内全流程的交付工作管理实践为例，探讨了基于PMP理念的管理实践，并对基于PMP的项目管理提出了一些可行性的建议。希望通过研究，提供PMP理念在全流程交付工作管理实施中的经验，并促进通信行业的可持续发展。

Abstract： This article discusses the management practice based on the PMP concept， and puts forward some feasible suggestions for PMP based project management. I hope that through research， I can provide experience in the implementation of the PMP concept in the whole process delivery work management and promote the sustainable development of the communication industry.
