农业综合行政执法系统的研究与实践

摘要：文章通过对农业综合执法信息化现状进行分析，结合农业农村部的相关标准与文件的要求，提出了以云部署执法信息系统和指挥调度系统为核心，结合安全专网、安全管控、安全终端以及执法应用的移动信息化建设方案，为农业农村部进行相关领域行政执法信息系统的建设提供一些参考。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural comprehensive law enforcement informatization， combined with the requirements of the relevant standards and documents of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs， this paper proposes a cloud deployment law enforcement information system and command and dispatch system as the core， combined with security private network， security control， security terminal and The mobile informatization construction plan for law enforcement applications provides some references for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to carry out the construction of administrative law enforcement information systems in related fields.
