存储器写禁止时间参数的测试方法

摘要：文章提出了一种利用自动化测试机台进行存储器写禁止时间参数的数值测试方法。通过原理与实例结合的方式，介绍了一种通过测试辅助参数并计算的方式测试写禁止时间具体数值的方法，并有效地对参数进行时间定位，解决了写禁止时间在仿真或实际应用中时间定位不明确的问题。

Abstract： This paper presents a test method， which can be used to test the write disable time of memory circuit on Automatic Test Equipment. Through the combination of principle and example， this paper introduces a method to test the specific value of write disable time by testing auxiliary parameters and calculating， and effectively locates the time of parameters， which solves the problem of unclear time location of write disable time in simulation or practical application.
