电信数据资产管理的研究与探索

摘要：文章从数据资产入手，对数据资产的定义进行了梳理，并通过对国内外数据资产管理方案的研究，提出了基于电信数据的资产管理模型。该模型一方面对数据目录进行了定义，另一方面可基于数据进行定性分析。

Research and Exploration of Telecom Data Asset Management

Abstract： This paper sorts out the definition of data assets， and puts forward an asset management model based on telecom data by studying the data asset management schemes at home and abroad. The model defines the data catalog on the one hand， and can conduct qualitative analysis based on the data on the other hand.
