摘要：文章根据协同创新理论的观点，提出涵括组织协调、技术协同、资源协同和管理协同的管理体系，充分实现整个公司纵横向的协同与整合，构建协同创新的视频会商管理体系，保障视频会商系统高效落地。

Research on Video Conference Management System Based on Innovation Synergy Theory

Abstract： This study proposes a management system that includes organizational coordination， technical coordination， resource coordination and management coordination， fully realizes the vertical and horizontal coordination and integration of the entire company， builds a collaborative innovation video conference management system， and ensures the efficient implementation of the video conference system.
