智能制造背景下高校本科人才数字素养培养的问题与对策

摘要：在智能制造引领下，数字经济快速发展，高数字素养人才在数字经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。过去，我国本科数字素养人才培养模式较为简单，使得我国数字人才缺乏。因此，文章对高校本科数字素养人才培养提出三条对策，期望能缓解数字人才缺乏的状况，推动我国智能制造向着更好的方向发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of Digital Literacy Training of Undergraduate Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract： With the rapid development of digital economy under the guidance of intelligent manufacturing， talents with high digital literacy are playing an increasingly important role in the development of digital economy. In the past， the training mode of undergraduate digital literacy talents in China was relatively simple， resulting in the lack of digital talents in China. Therefore， this paper proposes three countermeasures for the cultivation of digital literacy talents in colleges and universities， hoping to alleviate the problem of lack of digital talents and promote the development of intelligent manufacturing in China to a better direction.
