Research on the Integrated Development Strategy of Culture and Tourism in PublicLibraries Based on Value Co-Creation
Abstract The theoryof valueco-creation provides strong theoretical support for subject collboration,resource sharing, and channel development in the integrationofculture and tourism inpublic libraries.Drawingon this theory,the paper explores the underlying mechanismsand basic forms ofcultural tourism integration in public libraries,and further investigates keychallenges in the processof valueco-creation,suchas underdeveloped branding with limitedaudience appeal, low user engagement,and rigid operational models with unsatisfactorypromotionaloutcomes.To address these issues,the paper proposes thatpublic libraries should build distinctive cultural-tourism integration brands,revitalize uniquelibraryresources,andenhancethesocialinfluenceof theircultural-tourisminitiatives.Additionally,itsuggests establishinguser participation incentive mechanisms,leveraging the leadershiprole ofspecialuser groups in co-creating cultural-tourismvalue,and increasinguser engagement.Lastly,itadvocates forthedevelopmentofacolaborativeervice network involvingmultiple stakeholders,thecreationof integratedonline promotional platformsandoffline culturaltourism hubs, and the expansion of promotional outreach.
