Advances in the clinical treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compressionfractures

【Abstract]Osteoporotic vertebralcompressionfractures（OVCFs）arecommonorthopedicconditions thatcanleadtospinalpainand deformity，hichgreatlyfectsthualityofifeofpatints.CurrntlyerearevarioustreatmentmethdsfoOVCsuteis stilllackofadadfaltamtodaisrersticetroucstraetosdate isticsofepidemigyforCFs，dertomprovethewarenesoftisdiseaseamongcliiciansandprovideeferenceforelect ing moreapropriatetreatmentregimens.Conservativetreatmentmeasures，suchasbracingandaalgesia，arethebasictreatmntmeasuresforOVCFs，ndntsteoporosisdugsplayaucialoleinanagemnt.Mnimallinvasieprocedures，cludingputa ousvertebroplastyndpercuaneousloonoplastymaineiaryurgicalitervetios，ndtrditioalonsrge alsoanipoantpartofreatment，suchasnterorspinalfusionombindnteriordposteriorspalfusio，osterirspialsion withthree-coluosteotomyndposteriorsinalfusionithertebroplastyFurtherore，urgeonssouldfocusonthecclati ofrelated surgical techniquesand skills during surgeryto effectively address the challenges and complications associated with surgical interventions.Finally，scientific and appropriate treatmentmethods shouldbe selected forpatients，inorder to improve long-term treatment outcomes and increase the degree of satisfaction among patients.
