【Abstract】Pyroptosisisaproinflammatoryformofregulatedcelldeaththatcanleadtotheactivationofinactivecytokinesandthe cleavageofgasderinDincells.Themainpathologicaloucomeofiflammatorybladderdiseaseisthelossofbladdercompanceand cellpyrotosisplaysanimporantroleintisprocssSomestudieshvesownthatcellpyoptosisisegulatedbyariousnsms suchasDNAmethylationandmitochondrialDNAoxidativedamage，hichinterveneinthebiologicalbehaviorofbladderurothelial cellsin interstitialcystitisandinduceimpaimentofbladdercompliance.Therefore，tisarticleviewstheegulatorymechaissof cellpyoptoisitesialitdottalolfoosisintoddesasertplootl diagnostic biomarkers for interstitial cystitis and facilitate the preventionand treatmentof interstitial cystitis.
