Correlation of neonatal birth weight with urinary microproteins andcreatinine inadulthood

【AbstractObjective:Toinvestigate thecorelationandcausalelationshipbetweenneonatalbirthweightandurinarymicoproteins andcreatinineinadulthod.Methods:Geome-wideasociationstudieswereconductedtoextract geneticlociwithsigificantinfluencefromdatasetasistrumentalvariables,ndtheywereanalyzedbyinversevariance weighted(IVW),weightedmedian,Ege, andMR-PRESSOmethods toinvestigatethecausalrelationshipbetweenneonatalbirthweightandurinarymicroproteinsandeatinineinadulthood.Aretrospectiveanalysisaspeformedfor113neonateshowereadmitedtoDepartmentofNeonatologyhani Children’sHspital,fromJauaryotoJanuaryOO,andrelateddatawerecolectedduringtheneonatalanddultstagesAPear soncorelationanalysisasusedtodeterminethecorelationbetweenneonatalbirthweightandurinarymicroproteinsandceatiine inadulthoodResults:TeMR-VWtestshowedtatneonatalbirtheigthadastatisticallsigniicantcorrelationithunaryicr proteins( P=0 . 0 3 7 )and urinary creatinine( P=0 . 0 1 5 ) in adulthood. The retrospective study showed that there were no significant differencesbetween the two groups in all variables except body weight ( P>0 . 0 5 ).Inaddition,the Pearson correlation analysis showed that neonatal birthweightwasnegativelycorrelated with urinarymicroproteins( r = -0.78, P =0.015)and waspositively correlatedwith urinary creatinine( r=0 . 7 8 , P =0.018).Conclusion:Neonatal birth weight is negatively correlated with urinary microproteins and is positivelycorrelatedwithurinarycreatinineinadulthood.
