Abstract:Usingdata from ChineseA-share listed companies from2012to 2O23,based onthe theoryof technology adaptation,thisarticleempiricallyteststheimpactofadaptationandcollaborationefectofdigital transformationand diffrentorganizationalrelationshipsonenterpriseresilience.Theresults indicate thatthecolaboration efectgenerated bytheadaptationof digitaltransformation totheorganizational relationshipsof enterprise management,groupcontrol, shareholder governance,and supplychain governance is beneficial for enhancing enterpriseresilience.Specificaly,when the sensitivityof executivecompensationperformanceishigh,thedegreeofcentralization withinthegroup is high,the proportionof patientcapital is high,andthematching relationshipbetween upstreamanddownstreamofthe supplychain is good,digital transformation hasabettrempowering effctonenterpriseresilience.Digital transformationenhances enterpriseresiliencebystrengtheningdynamiccapabilities,anddynamiccapabilitieshavethetransformationeffciencyof relationshipadaptationandcollborationeffect.Theadaptationand collaborationof digital transformation and organizational relationships at different levels have significant supply chain spillover effects.
