Abstract：Usingdata from ChineseA-share listed companies from2012to 2O23，based onthe theoryof technology adaptation，thisarticleempiricallyteststheimpactofadaptationandcollaborationefectofdigital transformationand diffrentorganizationalrelationshipsonenterpriseresilience.Theresults indicate thatthecolaboration efectgenerated bytheadaptationof digitaltransformation totheorganizational relationshipsof enterprise management，groupcontrol， shareholder governance，and supplychain governance is beneficial for enhancing enterpriseresilience.Specificaly，when the sensitivityof executivecompensationperformanceishigh，thedegreeofcentralization withinthegroup is high，the proportionof patientcapital is high，andthematching relationshipbetween upstreamanddownstreamofthe supplychain is good，digital transformation hasabettrempowering effctonenterpriseresilience.Digital transformationenhances enterpriseresiliencebystrengtheningdynamiccapabilities，anddynamiccapabilitieshavethetransformationeffciencyof relationshipadaptationandcollborationeffect.Theadaptationand collaborationof digital transformation and organizational relationships at different levels have significant supply chain spillover effects.
