城乡发展中的慢行交通体系设计要点分析

摘要：本文以高平市坪曲线（S331）非机动车道建设项目为例，着重研究在城乡统筹发展中，如何在原有公路体系中构建慢行交通体系，提高慢行交通出行的安全性，完善道路交通服务功能，美化沿线环境，从而为城乡绿色发展、构建和谐社会打下坚实的基础。

Analysis of Design Points of Slow Traffic System in Urban and Rural Development

Abstract： Taking the construction project of Gaoping Pingquxian （S331） non‑motor lane as an example， this paper focuses on how to build the slow traffic system in the existing highway system， improve the safety of slow‑traffic travel and the road traffic service function， and beautify the environment along the line， so as to lay a solid foundation for the green development of urban and rural areas and building the harmonious society.

0 引言

慢行交通是相对于快速和高速交通而言的，主要指的是把步行、非机动车等慢速出行方式作为城市交通的主体。（剩余3777字）
