文化演艺设施融入城市副中心TOD项目的经验与思考

AbstractGlobalcitsepreseedTokyitegatepefogartsfunctsintotasitenteddevelont（ODprjetstooote thedistinctivedevelopmentofsub-centersandestablishanurbanculturalspatialstructurewithinternationalinfuence.Inrcent years，the performing arts function has become the defining feature ofurban sub-centers.Shanghai proposes to build "Asia's PerformingArtsCapital"，ndthenumberofplannedcuturalperformingartsfacilitieshasincreasedsignificantly.However， deficienciesprsistintesoflayout，dsignndmaagement.oreover，theOconepthasenreasinglyatedwith high-intensitymmealveloptiacticeileeolfalfutiosmasentlderstodd is alackofadequateexperiencetoinfodevelopment.TisstudyselectspefomingartsfaclitiesinTODprojectsfomtheesubcentersinTksdaactessoiologetual，iold managementmodes.Italsoexamies theplanningandconstructionofculturalperformingarts facilitiesintheTODsofShanghais sub-centers.Finallytestudyputsfowadpolicysuggestionsfromamulti-velfull-cyclepersective，encompassigstadads planing，designandmanagement，withteiofeancingteintegratioofpfomingartsfacilitisintoteplyentricstem of megacities.
