超大城市保障性租赁住房空间治理优化研究

——以上海市为例

AbstractThedevelopmentofafordablerntalhousingiselatedtotheproductioofurbanspaceandthedistributionofspatialights andinterestsandtheoptimizationofitsspatial govemanceisof geatsignificancetosolvethehousingchallengeinmacities. Onthebasisof theliteraturereview，thispaperanalyzes theconnotation，principlesand frameworkof spatialgovemance foraffordablerental housing inmegacities，and discusses theimportantrelationshipsamong them.Taking Shanghaiasan example，the paper analyzes thecharacteristicsand problems ofspatial governanceofaffordablerental housing in megacities， namely，relativelyweakdata foundation，poorplanningarticulationandontrol，incompletecoordinationmechanism，and insuicientspatialpolicies.Finall，itputsforwardcountermeasuresandsuggestionssuchasstrengtheninghousingseyand demandresearch，improvingplaning transmissionandevaluation，optimzingdigitalcoordinationmechanisms，andeploing differentiated spatial policies.
