The diagnostic value of endometrial biopsy pathological diagnosis combined with vaginal ultrasound examination for abnormal uterine bleeding

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of endometrial biopsy combined with vaginal ultrasonographyinabnormal uterinebleeding.MethodsAdmitedto XinmiHospital of Trditional Chinese Medicine97patients withabnormaluterinebleeding fromSeptember2021toSeptember 2O24 were retrospectively selectedas the studysubjects，and pathological diagnosis of endometrial biopsyand vaginal ultrasonography were performedtoanalyze thediagnosticeffcacyof pathological diagnosisof endometrial biopsyand vaginal ultrasonographyon abnormal uterine bleeding.ResultsThere were 49 cases of functional bleeding，41 cases of organic bleeding and7cases of endometrium normal.The diagnostic accuracyof endometrial biopsywas higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis，and the difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.The sensitivity and specificity ofultrasound combined with biopsyinthe diagnosisof abnormal uterinebleeding were higher than thoseof vaginal ultrasound，and thesensitivityofultrasoundcombined withbiopsyinthediagnosisofabnormaluterinebleeding was higher than that of biopsy，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.ConclusionEndometrial biopsy combined with vaginal ultrasonographyhas better diagnostic eficacy in thediagnosis of abnormaluterine bleeding， and can provide effective reference for clinical diagnosis.
