【Abstract】Accurate treatment of diseases requiresaccurate diagnosis first，and without high -level pathologicaldiagnosis，itis imposible to haveaccurate clinical treatment.Underthebackgroundof medicalreform， the precision development of traditional Chinese medicine has become an important trend.Pathology，as the cornerstone of modern medicine，provides scientific support for Chinese medicine atthe micro level，whilethe macro holistic view and dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine makeup for the deficienciesof modern medicine inthe managementofcomplexdiseases.This paper focuses on thedevelopment statusof pathology under thebackground of medical reform，the importance of pathological diagnosis for theaccuratediagnosisand treatment of diseases in traditional Chinesemedicine，and theexplorationof the construction ofcloudpathological diagnosiscenterof traditional Chinese medicine，aiming to promote the development of pathology and provide new ideas and basis for the development of accurate diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
