【Abstract】Objective To investigate the compatibility stability of propranolol injection and insulin in glucose injection，a commoninfusion solvent in clinic.MethodsAccording to the common clinical concentrations，propranolol injection was combined with insulin.The appearance，pH value，insoluble particle number and peak intensityofultraviolet-visibleabsorptionspectrum were measured to investigate thecompatibilitystability. ResultsPropranolol injection and insulin were colorless，clear and transparent liquidsaftercompatibility in solvent glucose injection.Thecompatibility solution wascolorless within6h，with no visiblechangessuch as precipitation，crystallzation and bubbles.The pH value wasrelatively stable，and the number of insoluble particles met the pharmacopoeia standard.The content change range of propranolol injection and insulin within6h after compatibilitywasless than 5.0% ，whichisrelatively stable.ConclusionInsulincanbe stablycompatiblewith propranolol injection，acommonlyused cardiovascular drug in clinic，which mets the safetyrequirements of clinical medication.
