【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance T2"mapping quantitative parameters combined with serum basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF）levels in knee osteoarthritis （KOA）.Methods

A totalof 76 patients with KOA admited to the15th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from August 2O21to August 2024 were selected as the KOA group，and another 5O healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.T2*mapping imaging scan and serumbFGFlevel were performed inboth groups.Multivariate logistic regresion wasused toanalyzetherisk factors of KOA.ROCcurve was used to analyze the predictive value of magnetic resonance T2 mapping quantitative parameters combined with serum bFGF in KOA. ResultsCompared with the control group， the T2∗ value and serum bFGF in KOA group were increased [（46.7±5.5）ms vs （36.7±4.4）ms， t=10.719 P<0.001 ]and the serum bFGFwasincreased[（51.7±7.4）mg/ml vs （39.3 ± （204 7.2）mg/ml，t=9.357， P <0.001]. Multivariate logistic results showed that female [OR（95%CI）=2.102（1.212，3.646）， P= 0.008]， older age ⌊OR（95%CI）=1.992（1.051， 3.773）， P =0.035]，historyofknee trauma [OR（95%CI）=2.699（1.335 ， 3.529），P=0.033]，T2*value [OR（95%CI）=1.912（1.144，3.195），P=0.012]and bFGF level [OR（95%CI）=2.071（1.232， 3.481）， P =0.006] were independent factors for the incidence of KOA; T2∗ value，serum bFGF level and area under the curve of combined detection were 0.921，0.901 and O.967，respectively（ P <0.05）.Conclusion MRI T2 ∗ mapping and serum bFGF level have a certain diagnostic value for KOA，but the combined detection is more valuable.
