【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the value of 12-lead electrocardiogramand 24h holter electrocardiogram in patientswith pacemaker implantation.MethodsA total of110 patientswith pacemaker implantation inour hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were studied.Allpatients received12-lead electrocardiogram （ECG）and 24 h holter electrocardiogram （HOLTER） examination，and the diffrences in the detection of pacemaker dysfunction，myocardial ischemia，arhythmiaand heartratevariability（HRVF）by the two examination methodswere compared.ResultsThe detection rate of abnormal function of 24 h holter ECG was 47.3%（52/110）higher than that of 12-lead ECG 8.2%（9/110） （χ2 =41.940， P<0.05 ）.The detection rate of myocardial ischemia in24 h holter ECG was 26.4% （29/110） higher than that in 12-lead ECG 6.4 4%（7/110） （χ2 =16.075， P<0.05 ）. The detection rate of arrhythmia in 24 h holter ECG was 49.1%（54/110） higher than that in 12-lead ECG 9.1%（10/110） （χ2 =42.660， P< 0.001）.The time domain indexofheart rate variability in24hholterECG was higher than that in12-lead ECG （ P <0.001）. Conclusion24-hour Holter ECG examination has high sensitivity and can efectively detect the changes of pacemaker dysfunction，myocardial ischemia，arhythmia and heart rate variability in patients with pacemaker implantation， which is worthy of promotion.
