AbstractObjective:Toexplorethefectofremifentanilonthephosphatidylinositol3kinase(Pl3KproteinkinaseB(AKT/ammlan targetofrapamycinOR)signalingpathwayinegulatingtheproliferationpoptosisandmigrationofascularsmoothlecels (VSMCs)inducedidsityliote-o:didintotroouputreat group 50mg/L ox-LDL),L-remifentanil group (0.5ng/mL remifentanil),M-remifentanil group( 5.0ng/mL remifentanil),H-remifentanil group remifentanil),and740Y-Pgroup remifentanil+10 μmol/L Pl3K activator 740Y-P).The Cell Counting Kit 8(CCK-8) kitwasusedtodetecttheprolferationofVSMCs.TheflowcytometerwasusedtodetecttheapoptosisofVSMCs.Thescratchassaywas usedtodetectthemigrationof VSMCs.TheTranswellmethodwasusedtodetectheinvasionof VSMCs.Theproteinimmunobloting method(WesternBlot)wasusedtodetect heproteinexpression levelsofPl3K,phosphorylatedphosphatidylinositol3-kinase 1 Πp -Pl3K)KTootedeiedspotedagtfi: Compared with thecontrol group,theODvalue,scratch healing rate,invasion number,p-Pl3K/Pl3K,p-AKT/AKT,and p -mTOR/mTOR proteinexpressions in the ox-LDL group increased,while theapoptosis rate decreased( P<0.05) .Compared with the ox-LDL group,the ODvalues,scratch healing rate,invasionnumber,protein expressionsof p -PI3K/PI3K,p-AKT/AKT,and p -mTOR/mTOR in the L-refrinixin group,M-refrinixin group,and H-refrinixin group decreased,while the apoptosis rate increased P<0.05 .Comparedwith the H-refrinaxin group,the OD value,scratch healing rate,invasion number,expression of p -PI3K/PI3K,p-AKT/AKT,and p -mTOR/mTOR proteins in the 74oY-P group increased,while the apoptosis rate decreased( P<0.05) . Conclusion: Remifentanil can further inhibit the proiferationandmigrationofsmoothmusclecellsandpromotetheirapoptosisbysuppressngtePl3K/AKT/TORsignalingpathway
