AbstractObjective：TosystematicallevaluatetheeficacyandsafetyofacupointaplicationcombinedwitroutineWestemmeicinein thetreatmentofstableanginapectorisofcoronaryheartdisease.Methods：TheChineseandEnglishdatabasesofChinaNational KnowledgeInfrastructure，Wanfangdatabase，WiproChineseFulltextDatabaseofScientficandTechnologicalJoumals，China biomedicalliteraturedatabase，PubMedandCochranelibraryaresearchedbycomputer.Theretrievaltimelimitwas fromthe establishmentofthedatabasetoMarch022.ToscreentheiialrandomzedcontroledtraCofacupointaplicatiocombind withroutinetreatmentofstableanginapectorisofcoronaryheartisease.Thequalityoftelieraturewasevaluatedforriskbiasusingthe Cochrane Systematic Review Manual.Meta-analysiswasconductedusing RevMan 5.3software.Evidencequalitywasevaluatedusing GRADE3.6sofwareesusComparedwithtontrolgpupntaplicatiooudancetrallialeacyofis U ， 95%C1 1.05-1.32， P=0.004 ，enhancetheelectrocardiogramefficacy（ RR=1.08 ， 95%C1 1.03-1.14， P=0.003） ，the improvementof traditional Chinesesyndrome（ RR=1.13 95%C1 1.05-1.22， P=0.002 ），thereduction of angina pectoris attack duration （MD=-1.60，95%Cl-2.41-0.78，P=0.000↑ ，andhad good safety.The GRADEevidence grading system indicates that the evidencelevelsweremostlyofmediumorlowquaityConclusion：Theavailableevidenceindicatesthataddingacupointapplication therapytothoventioaltratmentcaaneteeralllicalcacyteectrocardigramicacyipretadiol Chinese medicine symptoms，shorten the duration of angina pectoris attacks，and has good safety.
