Methods:Thealbinozebrafishstrainwithmelaninalelemutationthatsem-transparentwasnaturallmatedinpairsforreproductionA totalof210fis3Ofisprgroup)wereselectdat7dayspostfertiatin7dpfforevaluatingelipid-oweinefectoftradioal Chinesemedicinedecoctions.Thealbinozebrafishstrainwithmelaninallemutationthatsemi-transparentwasnaturalymatedinpais forreprductioFivysorto5dpt),1iseeted3Ogop)fvaatitctofi medicinedecoctionsonadiposecatabolismResults:Comparedwiththemodelcontrolgroup,inthsimvastatingroupandthe5.50., and 100.0μL/mL concentrationsof the Atractylodes-Ephedra formula groups,thesum of optical densitywerestatistically significantly different( P<0.05 .Itwasdemonstratedthatat 40ng/mL simvastatinand25.0,50.0,and 100.0μL/mL ofAtractylodes-EphedraFormula hadlipid-loweringefectsonzebrafishwithdyslipidemiainducedbyeggyokpowder.Comparedwiththemodelcontrolgroupnthe simvastatin group and the 25.0,50.0,and 100.0μL/mL concentrations of the Atractylodes-Ephedra Formula,the TG levelsshowed statisticallysignificant differences ⌈P<0.05⌉ .Itwasdemonstrated thatatconcentrationsof 40ng/mL simvastatinand 25.0,50.0,and100.0 (204号 μL/μL f Atractylodes-EphedraFormula,theTGlevelsinzebrafishwithdysipidemiainducedbyeggyolk powderwerereduced. Comparedwiththemodelcontrolgroup,inthesimvastatingroupandthe12.5,25.0,50.0,and100.0 μL/mL concentrations of Atractylodes-Ephedra Formula group,theTC levelsshowedstatisticallysignificant differences( P<0.05) .Itwas shown that at concentrations of simvastatin of 40ng/mL and of12.5,25.0,50.0,and 100.0 μL/mL ,theconcentrationof Atractylodes-Ephedra Formula couldreducetheTClevelofthezebrafishwithdysipidemiainducedbyeggyokpowderComparedwiththepositivecontrolgroupthere werestatisticalysifadifreesinteotaltaingintesityoftoksadadiposecatabolisiteesveratrogpdte 100.0μL/mL concentration group of the Atractylodes-Ephedra Formula( (P<0.05) .ltwasshown thatataconcentrationof 14.4μ9/mL of resveratrol and 100.0μL/mL of Atractylodes-Ephedra Formula,there was a promoting efect on the adipose catabolism of zebrafish. Conclusion:Atractylodes-Ephedraherbshavetheefectofreducingtriglyceride(TG)andtotalcholesterolTC)levelsandpromoting adipose catabolism.
