Abstract：ObectiealythagosticlueofiiuseoaliuryMetdAalofatientsitssecedifueal injurydittsiadalald patientsuderntotCndeanatiosUsingthcaliagosisstoldsadardthetectioatesofieretaatio methodfoofoaluellosticacedulsalas axonalijuyitfspditsigbacodits）balatotsa hematoma（ts），ufcu（ts）otaleoatefsiatfndecl signfcantiii axonal injury were higher than those of CT，and the differences were statistically significant .Conclusion MRI is effective in the diagnosis of difuse axonal injuryandcaneffctively identifythe typeof injury，which isworthyofclinicalapplication.
